Welcome to Triangle!Since 1951, Triangle Cooperative Nursery School has been offering a quality preschool program to area families. At Triangle, both parents and children have the opportunity to experience the joys and challenges of the preschool years.
Triangle Co-op Preschool admits students of any race, color, sex, handicap, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Triangle Co-op Preschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, handicap, national or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and other school administered programs.
Our certified teacher is knowledgeable in child development and has many years of experience working with young children and families. Because of this experience, she has a keen perception of the individual needs of each child. She consistently presents rich and varied activities and creates a warm, loving environment. This makes Triangle a friendly and exciting place to be.
Parents assist periodically in the classroom and assume some of the administrative responsibilities connected with running the nursery school. Research strongly indicates that there is a positive relationship between the progress of children in school and the degree of involvement of their parents. The Triangle symbolizes the interrelationship among children, parents and teacher. With these three elements working together, the child develops basic trust in people of all ages, parents enjoy the opportunity to take an active role in the classroom, and the teacher gains a broader insight into each child’s personality by knowing the family as a whole. Triangle Cooperative Nursery School is non-profit and non-sectarian. We admit students of every race, color and national or ethnic origin. Triangle Cooperative Nursery School is a member of the Huron Valley Council of Cooperative Nurseries (HVCCN), the Michigan Council of Cooperative Nurseries (MCCN), and the Parent Cooperative Preschools International (PCPI).
